2023 AP Most Valuable Player
Baltimore Ravens Quarterback Lamar Jackson won the 2023 NFL MVP award for the second time in his career. In the NFL franchise history, Lamar Jackson won MVP awards became the 11th player.

San Francisco 49ers Running back Christian McCaffrey won the first Offensive Player of the Year.

Coach of the Year
Cleveland Browns’ head Coach Kevin Stefanski won the Coach of the Year award for the second time in his career.
Walter Payton Man of the Year
Steelers DT Cameron Heyward has played the NFL 13th season and won Walter Payton Man of the Year.
Comeback Player of the Year
Browns Quarterback Joe Flacco received Comeback Player of the Year.
Assistant Coach of the Year
Browns defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz won Assistant Coach of the Year in this season.
